does anyone know what gets graffitti off brick a brick building and what is the average cost for this removal. Its on the side of a blockbuster video ohh yeah can cold water get it off

get you some Goof Off Grafiti Remover from your local paint store. It will remove it with cold water.

Whats your hourly rate? Take that times the amount of time you think it will take, then add cost of graffiti remover. That should be a pretty close est.
