I am doing a bid on store. the sidewalk all the way around the building. all flat work but infront of the doors their is gum everywhere. I have removed gum from other sidewalks and not charged extra for it but this is more gum that concrete. my question is do you have a rule of thumb for gum removal how much extra do you charge to get all of the gum up. 1. a flat rate to remove the gum, 2. or lets say you are charging .10 a sqft on non gummy areas do you charge lets say .12-.15 on gum area's????? thanks
