Gutter Cleaning Question

Just curious what everyone uses for cleaning those black streaks off white gutters? we have a chemical that works pretty good just curious of other less expensive recipes. I appreciate any information you might have or suggestions but realize that if you have a special chemical that you would rather not reveal to your competition you need not display it.

Purple power.Butyl based cleaner/degreaser it can be purchased at most auto parts stores.We pay less than $20 for 5 gallons.

I have found that our soap Panel Bright easily melts the black streaks off. Cheap to so it works into the budget @ $1.60/gallon.

Eric where do you find Panel Bright? I have never heard of it.
