Hey everyone,
I'm thinking of adding a new washer this year. Wondering what is the advantage of horizontal or vertical coils. which heats more efficently, my current machine has a vertical stack, how much clearence does a horz. need for exhaust?
Thanks,
Adrian

Laydown coils use the heat better and they are easier to service. Also get a machine with a generator and belt drive. The stand up coils have a big problem if you look at the arrangement. Lets say it rains or worse yet your coil should leak or the spark goes away and diesel leaks into your coils. Where does the wateror diesel go?............................. Streight into the burner . The transformer will short out and so will the burner motor.
