Help!i Cleaned A Cedar Deck With Behr Cleaning And Brightening Product And It Didn't Look That Clean, So I Used Some Clorox Outdoor Bleach Mixed 50/50 With Water Through A Pump Sprayer. I Then Scrubbed And Powerwashed Which Seemed To Work A Lot Better Although There Were Still A Whole Bunch Of Spots.

On The Railings I Sprayed Behr Cleaner And Mildew Remover And The Result Was A Spotty Uneven Finish. I Tried Spraying The Clorox And Scrubbing It, As Well As The Deck Brightener And Powerwashed It Too. Nothing Helped!! Please Look At The Attached Picture And Tell Me How To Fix This.

Thanks!!!!

I don't see an attachment. NEVER use bleach on wood! [idts] What do you mean there are still spots? What kinda' spots? Mildew, other fungus, what? Have you done decks before? Cedar typically cleans up pretty nice with the proper process & applications. Need more SPECIFIC info.

Forget about store bought cleaners, they are nearly worthless.

Contact a professional in your area to restore your deck.
