HELP..Need Professional Bid???

[hello] Need to look at a "dummy" bid for weekly fleet account! So that I can put together a professional bid for a rather large waste company with about 60 garbage trucks and 3 facilities with loaders to be done on a weekly basis! Basically I need to look at the "body" of a bid so that I can taylor it to fit my proposal!! Any help would be a God Send!!! E-mail to propluswashing@hotmail.com...and I will be forever greatful!! I do not have any truck washign proposals on this computer. I can give you an outline though.

1. Address
2. What is proposed that you do.
3. What you propose to do or youer methodology
4. References (Optional)
5. Price

So something like this, on a company letterhead.

TO: John Doe
XYZ Waste
1111 SW Dump road
Fishkill, NY

PROPOSAL: To wash a total of 60 Santation Trucks at various locations

METHODS: Raise and steam clean undercarriage, Scrub and brush wash teh exterior body, hand finish windows, Aluma Brite all aluminum, Special care will be taken to remove all grease and grime from equipment behind the cab, and from the back of the cab. (Use any exceptions here. SUch as, Not liable for back up cameras, or we cannot remove rust stains, or the paint is failing on the truck, so we are not liable for peeling paint. )

As a precaution, if you drop off a proposal, there are two things that you must do to secure the account.
1. Get a card with the name and address of the customer
2. after 3 to 4 days, follow up with nothing less than a phone call and preferably a visist to See if there were any questions.
