Help..need To Bid Commercial Building!!!

New to houses and buildings but need to give estimate on a block building to paint prep....and I will be using hydroflouric acid as my cleaning and cutting agent.Is a com. bid higher than a residential bid??

HF is really not the way to go.......A caustic would work much better. Where are you in MI? I could tell you where to go and get product....

Hey Mike..I just replied to you on another thread that I posted about Potassium Hydroxide and I am in Hillsdale, MI just S of Jackson. Maybe I could get your PH.# and we could chat sometime?! I was hired on by another p-washer on a previous industrial paint prep job and he used hydro on that building. That to was cement painted block. I no I can prep this one myself so I don't want to get another washer in on the cut! So any direction on chemicals that you have would be greatly appreciated....THANX
