<font color=e87400>Hi Everyone, How ya doin! I've been bizy bizy bizy, not time to come to the forums. Just opened a piece of mail that's been sitting here for a while from PWNA for this years Convention. I got a chuckle out of it & just wanted to share the humor with others that might find similar humor in it.
What's cracked me up is the fact that as we all know, PWNA touts a certian professionalism, knowledge, quality & out right righteousness in that their members are the quality contractors that comsumers should hire. Well right there on page 3 of the convention pitch package is a <b>"Power Washing 101"</b> seminar & states:

Come away ready to begin your business! Taught by "pros in the business" who are willing to share and help the new guy. This class will be repeated on Friday. Course designed by Xxxx Xxxxx</i>

That just cracks me up. That'll give me a periodic laugh for quite sometime. They're all about the numbers & non about the validity of the contractors they refer to unsuspecting consumers. Sweet!
Should keep a copy of that in the truck when you're out doing estimates for the off chance some joe homeowner says "The other estimate I have, the contractor is a member of PWNA!"
Another thing I found funny is the fact that DeVilbiss, the #1 Choice of the Weekend Warrior, is an Exhibitor. I suppose though it should be no suprise seeing as Devilbiss is the newbies choice machine & PWNA is having the Power Washers 101 for newbies seminar!
Also funny that PWNA had to list themselves as a vendor. That's really reaching when you have to list yourself just to add a line item!
That's all. Got me snickering to the point I had to come & post! About it. I tried to share this with the wifey but she just stared at me, not seeing the humor in it.
