I've seen probably over 50 different recipes for home made chemicals and I wanted to know what seems to work the best. What's in it and how much of each agent?...

I'm also interested if anyone uses the pool shock in pellet form or does everyone just buy liquid pool chlorine, or liquid pool shock?

If this isn't something your willing to list on a board please email me off the BBS so we can chat.

I've given out a lot of my company documents, advertising tips and forms and now I'm asking for the same curteosy.

When I read the title of the post I had a scary feeling in my gut. Nothing you did it's just the thought of newbies and home owners mixing chemicals and the mention of chlorine with the word mix in a paragragh Yikes!

If I could offer some custom mixing recipes I would send it E-mail or private message when dangerous chems are being disscused.

I have read here about many threads with custom blends. Liquid carWax in soap and the sort you mite want to pull a few searches.

You did not say other than mixing chlorine pellets what type of cleaning your interested it, that sort of put a limit on what to say.

And thanks for the information you have posted I enjoy reading them.

Hi Tim,

I understand your concerns about some of the chemicals we work with and if you would mail me some of your recipes I would appreciate it.

We power wash any type of surface from roofing to decks to concrete so any type of wash chemical you have would be appreciated. I've experimented with many types of chemicals over the years and I just thought I would see what others were doing also. You or anyone else can email me at henryshousework@comcast.net. If there is something I might be able to help anyone else out with let me know. I'm more than happy to share what I've learned over the last 15 years.
