hose reels

Looking for some help with hose reels. I do mainly wood restoration and I use portable washers. I am tired of winding up the hoses after each job by hand. I was thinking of getting a portable reel to just carry the hose, and take off only what I need for each job and then rewind it. I wanted to know if anyone else who uses a portable washer uses a hose reel and what type they use. Is yours mounted to your portable machine, or what type do you use ?
I have been trying to find the most efficient way to set up each job for some time and have been struggling with this. Your help is greatly appreaciated.

Craig,
I have stationary and portable Powerwashers. When I first started I use to carry the PW hose while pulling the powerwasher to the site. The biggest problem with this was winding up the hose when finished. A real pain in the ***.

What I do now is I have stationary hose reels mounted in my trailer and soon also to my Van set up. What I do is if I need to bring a powerwasher out to the site I will unwind whatever amount of hose off the hose reel and bring it to the site. WHen completed I drag the two ends of the hose back to my hose reel and hook up the one side and reel in the hose.

Sometimes of course I can run the powerwasher out of the trailer and once again I just take off the amount of hose that I need and hook it up to the PW right there.

The reason why I never bought the reels for my powerwashers is because I bought larger reels that need to be stationary mounted so they can hold alot more hoses.

As for reels I Have the stackable ones From Delco(These hold 200' of PW hose each) and I have 2 more reels(Hosetrac, the first reel can hold 500' of PW hose and the second one can hold around 300' of garden hose) coming from xxxxxxxxxx that will be used for my Van. I also have a garden hose reel on wheels in my trailer which I may get rid of.

Think if I had a portable and had to unload most of the time,I'd rig a dolly to carry two hose reels. Some call them hand trucks or 2 wheeler, anyway you can have a watering hose reel and a psi hose reel mounted on it.It would be easy on and off the trailer or van,you can design it where you could use the hose reels either on the trailer or dolly, use quick lock pins to lock in place.

<<< check out my picture on the left I have been sitting here for 6 months and havent cought a darn thing . i need your help fish -guy .. what am I doing wrong.. I put peanut buuter on my hook for bait..... Man I wish I was half the fisherman as you.........

Craig, I mounter two hose reels an a cart I had made from 2"angle iron. They are stacked and the cart has 8" wheels for easy movement. This way you have tour supply and high pressure hoses together. A good welder can make onr for you. I would post a picture if I knew how. Send me your e-mail addredd and I will send you a picture.
