Dang!! I think the gates to hell just opened up!

For the past week I have been getting nailed with 100-plus degree weather and working at least 12-hr days. I can't even use the surface cleaner because between the wind and intense sun, the surface drys out the surface way to fast.

Using the wand, it is still drying to fast and leaving zebra stripes.

How I miss those nice rainy days...

Hope everyone else is doing well... Have fun out there!!

LOL!!

Don't have a choice, got to keep bulldozing my way through.

To be in an enclosed area using boiling water and with the 100 plus weather,it's a sana...

Makes for a great farmer's tan!!

Water Wall

Hey orange, we get a bit hot here in the southeast. I have a simple device I made called a water wall. What I did was took a piece of 3" diameter pipe about 3' long, put a standard half inch NPT garden hose connection in the middle like a tee, tapped out four holes for four 40 degree pressure tips (3.5 oriface) at about a 30 degree angle from the garden hose nipple at level.
Hook it to a standard outlet and it will give you a nice mist that will keep your surface from drying out without washing away your cleaning chemical.
email me if you are interested, I can build you one for either a garden hose connection or a pressure washer connection

Its so cold here you can lay a stick of butter on the dash and it want even melt.

What water wall will be the market soon, better hurry if you want your share.

I guess when washing fleets you could tie it on your back and stay cool alday too dat is ifen ya wasn't useing hotwater, hey stay warm in the winter time too.
Have a T in the psi hose with a valve to turn the water wall on and off or turn it up to mist your helps too.

I stop washing around 11:00am and start back around 4/5 pm b/c of the heat, this time of year is the worse time to streak a truck b/c of soap drying.

Make sure you provide yourself and your crews with water. We keep a 5 gallon pour cooler on all of our trucks. Every morning, fill em back up with ice and water and tell them to drink plenty.....
