Hot Water Question

When you guys powerwash concrete or vinyl siding, What temperature do you set your machine at? How often do you have to change rubber O rings when you use hot water?

On the average we run our burners in the 140°F - 190°F range. When washing houses though you have to make sure that your hose is not running across the grass or on top of plants or it will burn and kill them. Try to run the hose along the edges of flowers beds when going around the house. What o-rings are there to replace? Kick the quick connects to the curb it is just one more thing to leak and to maintain.
