I have used Sonolastic SL-1 and Sonolastic NP-1 , made by BASF chemical company. The product comes in tubes for caulking gun. They make different colors too. After applying the stuff and while it is still wet, I sprinkle some sand over to kind of match the concrete texture and mask that seam in concrete.
