How should I have priced this?

today was my first day out on my own as a window washer. its been about 5 years since ive last washed windows. a small office storefront, it had 6 large top windows, and 6 small bottom panes, 1 door and an overhead window above the door. i think i may have put my foot in my mouth. i charged $9 to do inside and out. it ended up taking me about an hour and a half. obviously i lost all speed i used to have, and could not get back the swirl squeegee technique for anything. on this job, i feel once i get my speed back, it should take 10-15 minutes. So is 9$ a bad price? any advice would be much appreciated...

mate, i think is far bellow the prices here . However, I usually work based on how many windows i see. u have 6 at the top, plus 6 panes. so, a total of at least 24 + the door. i would have charged 3 aud each, which means 72 + gst(another 10%). again it does depend on how often they want it done. try to figure out how much are the others charging per window. and its just a matter of how many windows u see. and by the way window cleaning is like riding a bycicle:) dont just lower the prices. u are still harmin urself. good luck
