I am adding New-Construction Clean-Up to my list of services for the company. I am curious how is everyone advertising or presenting to a home builder. Any advice will be great.

You can easily acquire a listing of the top 100 general contractors in your region. I would create an introductory brochure and either present them personally of do a mailing campaign with personal follow-up calls.

Go to where they are building the houses and find the trailer the job foreman/supervisor works out of and introduce yourself and your services. have equipmnent hooked up and ready for a "small" demo.
