How do you like the RK-31?
We've got one, and when it works it's one awesome cleaner.
But trying to get service from D*L*O when problems do arise has been the biggest hassle.

Machine has been down for 5 of the 8 months we've had it.

But, does clean really well though...

I havent experienced any problems with it yet, but only been working it since May. and not full-time. Hope I don't, havent been impressed with the attitude I got when I called to ask questions.

Deb,
You do have you heater ducted to the outside of your trailer? Can't tell in the picture. I have to be careful with my trailer unit not to park it under trees with low branches, if you know what I mean. Gog forbid I ever have it positioned under a garage or drive-thru canopy and decide to use heat!

hahahahahahaha Glenn its a wonder you haven't burn'd your house down with dat standup burner hahahaha...............only thing I would advise is to get it off the pallet and bolt it to the floor using body mounts between it and the floor.

Hopefully thats where you want it,its not uncommon to see several holes in a floor as to move or different mounting of a new rig.
If you don't vent it you're going to smoke things up,it'll get on everything inside, tools, tank, walls, ect. and its hard to cleanup.Flex pipe hung from the roof vented out the back would be ok,,,just in case its not where you wanted your washer you want have to drill another hole in the roof of the trailer.

Debi,
Bigboy is right. If your PW is not vented it will leave soot all over the place. Thats why I keep my hot water PW on the bed of my truck. Flex pipe will do the trick or better yet if you have a PW place around you call them to see if they will vent it out for you and of course how much $ for doing so.

Hi Debi,

When you vent your burner you should install a draft deverter in the stack. If you look at this picture (if I entered the url correctly) you will see the deverter on our 5800 series Hotsy. We also ran the exhaust pipe out through the roof.

We had the duct work done at a local sheetmetal shop.

Here is my setup
two cold water machines with a hot water generator
250' p/w hose, 200' garden hose, one telescoping wand, several homemade wand extensions,
~40 gallons of different chemicals and last but not least,
50 gallons of propane for generator.

hey DEBI dont for get that there is a fuel tank under that floor when you go to drill holes [supports also]
i mounted my machine to a sheet of plywood first[used upside down muffler clamps]
then set it in and could easily mount it to the floor in the easiest spot just an idea
If you ever need to use a rent a truck use 4 motorcycle straps
