Insurance claims??

Ever have to do this in the Powerwashing industry and if so what happened to your relationship with the insurance company afterwords?

Over 17 years in the business, 90% residential, and never even close to a claim. Can even count on one hand the number of times customers even asked if I was insured. And I ahve operated in Florida and Texas. Sometimes I wonder why I pay for it.
