Hi, was wondering what sort of money to spend on insurance for my pressure washing business. I've just started out and don't want this to end in tears, any advice welcome. Thanks!

Hello

My best advice would be to find the best insurance broker you can afford, and have him to organise all the relevant insurance for your company.

Its worth spending the money, for the peace of mind.
Your insurance broker, will take care of everything for you.

It was the best advice i recieved, in business. You dont wont to be ever caught out.

When I first began, I was primarily only doing fleets and heavy equipment. Found a broker that classified me as a mobile detailer. Think I was spending $500 a year for 1 million / 2 million liability.

Now that our work focuses on large scale commercial flatwork, and our limits now include 5 million liability, umbrella liability, 1 million vehicle commercial and workman's comp, with over $10,000 per year.

QuicklyPlease,

Ahh...love the name. Saw that you are across the pond in Australia. Outstanding. I love Fremantle/Perth and of course Sydney.

What type of pressure washing do you do...commercial? Residential??

Good having you here at PWN
