Is pressure needed?

As far as house washing goes, why is it needed? Is it? Will a 3000 psi suffice? It is apparent to me that in the 2 step process, its really all about the chemicals? Is this true?

(1)As far as house washing goes, why is it needed?

To save labor on those harder to clean area's around homes and its faster.

(2)Will a 3000 psi suffice?

300psi to 1700psi is plenty for most homes.

(3)It is apparent to me that in the 2 step process, its really all about the chemicals? Is this true?

yes

awsome, thanks for the quick reply at such a late hour, as you can see by the time of my reply 4am, I'm thinking real hard about getting this going.

Good for you Limeade... those that don't research end up having the sleepless nights later when they have no work.

Pressure

YOUR CHEMS SHOULD DO THE WORK, NOT YOU! I DON'T EVEN USE PRESSURE WASHERS TO CLEAN HOUSES. MASONRY & WOOD NEED PRESSURE FOR A GOOD CLEAN, BUT NOT ROOFS OR SIDING. MY SOFTWASHING SYSTEM CLEANS JUST AS FAST WITH OUT ANY WORRIES OF CHIPPING PAINT OR FOGGING WINDOWS. MY CUSTOMERS FEEL BETTER KNOWING THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE DUE TO EXCESSIVE PRESSURE. http://www.softwashing.com

Couple of questions:

I agree with your softwashing approach. My neighbor rented a high psi washer and blasted the siding and shingles off his house and then tried to blame the rental company for renting him the wrong machine. Later that winter, he did the blue tarp thing until the roofing guys got there to fix the damage. The siding guys showed up later that spring.

I did my house with the same unit but at an idle, held the nozzle away and no complaints.

1. The question is....do you use a PW at idle or high volume to apply and rinse the chemicals or a garden hose.

I visited your great website and noticed the Paypal icon.

2. How does somebody get that set up?
Ok...3 questions:

3. Isn't Paypal almost better than cash???

PayPal

PayPal is cool......but it does have some drawbacks. It does have fees, although they are very competitive with other credit card programs. I like it because it's like having another bank account - you get a Master Card debit card and if you use the card as a credit as opposed to a debit, you get cash back :)

It's not hard to set up - I just followed the directions :)
