Anyone interested in a restoration job in Kernersville, NC e mail me. It is a relative of a friend and I have not seen the house but it was described to me as a cedar shake siding house with severe mildew/dirt. Cust is selling in the spring and wants it cleaned and sealed. You might get lucky weather wise and get this one in before spring but if not the cust is not in a real big hurry. It is just too far for me to travel and be profitable.
