Justin, I would definitly like some insight on how you keep your prices up. Its not that I bid things too low I guess I bidding them too high.
I don't know if you have Sonic Drive-Ins where you at but if you do I would like you opinion.
I bid on five recently for the same owner, I bid four of them at $400 and the other at $425 because it had an extra lane of parking. This is for the entire parking lot not sure on the exact size though. Some have told me in the past that they suggest pricing jobs with the $50 per hour per man method. Eight of the jobs I've bid using this method I didn't get, infact I got laughed at and was told that it was ridiculous to think that I would get that.
