Landa diesel burner keeps shutting off - Help

I started a high pressure steam cleaning business in NM and have problems keeping my burner going. It keeps shutting off. Business is absolutely fantastic, but without the steam, I am stopped cold.

Had it in to the shop twice, but still having problems. Any suggestions??

What type of tip are you using when it shuts off? My burner will not run with a really low pressure tip! Try a regular 15-40 tip and see what happens. Hope this helps, Merry Christmas!!!

Pressure switch is faulty. If the unit does not fire and it doesn't leak diesel all over the place. If there is diesel then it is a ignition problem. For ignition check the Transformer on the burner, followed by the ceramic feelers which act like a spark plug.

Thank you everyone for your help.

We just got it out of the shop and we had some burnt wiring. Hopefully that was the problem. I will know in a couple of days, when we start using the Landa burner again.

If it isn't the problem, I will try your suggestions and may call for more help.

PS Does anyone know what can be used to remove gum stains from concrete? Our high pressure/steam cleaning removes the gum, but many times a stain is left behind. If we continue to try to force the stain out, we start etching the cement.
