I'm showing up as a retired mod,Harold may be sick,if your like me,you don't care whether your a mod or not,we'll always find time to help or kick awittle dirt on each other.A title doesn't mean crap,more work,more headaches,more everybody wanting to tell ya how to run ya business.

Wish tho we had a few more mods that where talkative,some haven't the time,some do.Wish we could find another mod for fleets that isn't on every board in powerwashing land.

Dan S., March 1 came and I haven't stoped working since. I'm certainly not complaining, but haven't had time to get on the board in about 5 days. I'll try to do better, but money is money. Dec., Jan., and Feb. are my slow months and March brings people outdoors to see their house & yard and think about cleaning up. I haven't even had time to mail out my reminder post cards for March so my wife started on them today.

I'm glad like most of you, that Larry is still very active on the board. Even though he officially retired, he hasn't gone far.

Dan & Larry, The newbee is out in force this year. In the long run they do my business good by putting a bad taste in the mouth of customers who were expecting a much better job when they had their 2 story house cleaned for $99.00. In the short run, they take a few dozen jobs from people who don't take the time to ask questions to check out the ability of someone they will hire to work on their most valuable asset.... their home.

The newbee lasts a few months, until they either get burned out or run out of business. They only problem is that there are sooo many of them, like flies on fresh road kill. Oh well, when the home owner calls me next year they are so happy to talk to someone who knows how to talk inteligently to them about their house cleaning.

Not only do they "cut~run" but they put a bad taste in everybodys mouth ............. Some folks really need an education They seem to have that "tunelmind set " they think that ALL pressure washer contractors are all alike. Not everybody but it seems once those new dudes set the stage ................. Then it's up to us as professionals to educate them.

They will come and go like maggots on road kill !!
