Get out there and make one final "PUSH" for the next 3 months. Not sure if anyone back east has experienced any snowfall yet but it's coming. Property Managers are knee deep in the budgets for 2012 and if you offer washing services to PM's, yesterday you should have been in contact with them pitching your services.
We have already been approved for one complex for 2012 (Flat Work) and we just sent numbers in on a 41 building complex. I don't advertise or really market to PM's but they are calling us.....which is good.
If you do residential work....hit the customer up on gutter cleaning and etc.
Commercial work....hit em up using the fact the holidays are right around the corner and the facility could use a good cleaning. Buy em doughnuts or do the Jar of Jelly Beans that J.L. and Ron M. have talked about.
