After putting flyers on houses, I recieved a couple calls to wash their aluminum siding houses and strip the old paint off the peeling paint from their wood siding garages. I was also asked to re-paint them. My question is How do I detech whether or not it is lead paint or not before I accept this? Is their some sort of kit or some other way to tell? And if it is lead paint can I just capture the paint and have it diposed of properly or would I have to have someone certified to do this? Thanx
