i find it hard to believe someone applying a coating to an entire house could do so at such an economical expense,that the homeowner would choose it instead of cleaning.
i have seen all the advertising lately regarding this new coating
but i have not seen it personally.
oh well cant win them all but thats the first time i heard that one.

Don't feel bad. Liquid Siding is one name it goes by and it costs BIG $$$. We're talking thousands per house. It is promoted as preventing future mold/mildew...we'll see. The biggest problem with it, as I see it, is that it can not be used on windows. The material is applied in several steps and takes 24hrs to dry. If the windows were done, they would seal shut...permanently! I am doing a house this week that just had new white siding, but the windows look like black eyes!
