How did you go about getting an account like that?
I went to S&Steak had lunch (make sure you go around 2:00 when its slow) asked to talk to the manger. Ask if she was having anyone pressure clean her drive thru and dumpster sidewalks. Someone had done it but look like crap by the dumpster. (Always check it out first) She said yes but was not happy. I said I could give her a demo right now on the dumpster, knowing that was the dirtys spot. Plan ahead. She said yes. So before I got my meal I went out and dump some Tuff Stuff on 1/3 off the pad. Brush it in. Had lunch. Fired up the hot pressure washer with the turo nozzle. Done in 5 min. 1/3 of the dumpster was cleaned. I would use my surface cleaner but it was quicker with the turbo nozzle for that demo.
I then gave her a estimate. Got a call from the Dist Manger.
If you do a free demo do a spot where it will stay clean for a while, and where the Manger will walk by offen.
Also she was so happy she was going to call the Dist Manger. So bid a high, they will always try to talk you down if they want you. They know what they should be paying for good work. 8cents squ min
