Need Help

I have a annovi pump the problem is that there is no suction for the chemicals to be sucked through( I already put a new strainer on it) Also where the water comes out through the bar adjustment I can not figure out to put it back together( the spring and this piece that has 4 holes in the end) Do I need to buy a new pump, new p/w or can this still be fixed[help]

Upstream or downstream injection? It sounds downstream and that your unloader (the thing for Bar adjustment) is going out. Replace it. Take the old one off, put a new one on, and then hold the gun to properly adjust the pressure. It will make it easy.
