Muriatic acid for the smears,another brick for the tags.If its has alot of tags you may want to use a brick on'em.A brick is the best thing to knock off the bigger tags,you do this by laying the brick flat on the other bricks and running(sliding) it into the tag.Most of the time it will pop off if not you can use the end of the brick to chip it off,a brick in each hand makes things go faster.Before you spray your chemical on soak the bricks with water it will keep the bricks from soaking up all your chemicals.Spray your acid mix on let dwell and pw off either with cold or hotwater.Do not spray the acid on no more then you can wash before it dries and be careful you can blow out motar joints............C-ya
