Good luck trying to get someone to tell you everything they know. You'd be better off reading this and the other bulliten boards, viewing training videos, and/or taking a PWNA certification class(or training class from another source).

I recently posted an offer for train someone for a couple weeeks, and pay them without response. I needed some help on a larger job, and ended up getting the help locally.

Being an entreprenuer, you should have some indication as to the "101's" of the field you have chosen. Do your homework!!! Read the various forums listed here and research. Unless you've got a lot of cash to dump into an existing company (throw some this way), you have a responsibility to learn the craft rather than ask others to do your homework for you!
