New Washer

I found this awesome forum and was wondering if anyone could tell me a good residential machine for home cleaning. I don't have many choices of machines to purchase where I live so if anyone could tell me the best of the choices that I can get.

I can get the

Excell ZR2700 or XR2500
Karcher K 2400 HH
Porter Cable 2,600 PSI

Any advice would be extremely helpful!

I believe all 3 units use the same Honda engine,
the Karcher unit uses a "Karcher Exclusive Pump"
the other two probably use an industry standard pump
such as an AR (Annovi Reverberri) or a Comet pump.

The AR pump will be easier to find parts & service for.

Campbell Hausfeld has a lot of service centers for consumer units.

Pick the one that has the most gpm

Pick the one with the most GPM therefore Horsepower.

Also choose the one that has the best after sale support for warranty and parts.

Karcher will use proprietary components which will be more difficult and expensive to locate.

AR and Comet pumps have better parts and service availability. So net costs will be lower.

If all of the units offered use axial pumps then the Comet is the better unit as it is more solidly built.

Choose the red and white GX engine over the black and green GC series.
