I've got a small problem with one of my machines. I've got a with an 18 hp vanguard and is rated for 3000 psi @ 5 gpm. I've got an aaladdin that has the same thing on it, but the will blow that one out of the water. It just doesn't have the pressure I know it should. It's not sucking air and there is no cavitation. I've played with tip sizes, changed the water filter, checked the check valves and all the small things I could think of. It almost seems as if it's not getting enough water but the water supply seems to be flowing freely. The aaladdin only has 400 hours on it. Where do I look at next?

Might be an unloader or rpm problem,
assuming your engine is running at
the rated RPM for this unit probably
@ 3400 RPM with the trigger gun
pulled pinch the unloader bypass line
if pressure increases try replacing your
unloader.
