Paint removal

I don't know if this is going to show the pictures or not but I'm going to try anyway. This is the job that Johnny was talking about awhile back, removing two coats of paint and one coat of solid base stain. The first picture was his first attempt. The second picture is the results after I went to TN. to give him a hand. It took us two days to strip down the logs only. If you want more information about this, contact johnny. I also want to thank Jon Fife for coming up and giving us a hand on Friday and Saterday, It was real nice meeting you Jon. You all take care now.

I am glad you found time to post these, great pics.Thank you some much for the lessons you taught me past weekend and your help. For those who have never met Jim,he is a great guy,fun to be around with a great sense of humor, what would i do without you man,i was loosing sleep over this.
Guys this stuff really works(BTN2) and here is proof to it.Another thing ,he stood behind the product he sold me,come all the way from oregon to help me out, what about that??How many people have done that??
Thanks again
Johny

I'll echo everything Johnny said; I don't know that i've ever had the opportunity to gain so much knowledge in two days. Mr. Bilyeu is a library of knowledge for wood restoration, and he is one of the most pleasant, laid-back individuals I have ever met. Same goes for Johnny--the effort and thought he put in to this job was outstanding. Two nicer guys you would not want to meet.
As far as the product (BTN2) goes, I can't recall ever being so impressed with a product. We sprayed the walls Friday evening and came back Saturday morning and pressure washed. Guys, the three coats of grey paint and one coat of brown solid stain fell of those logs like nothing i have ever seen. And the product is harmless to everything around it. It actually has an appealing smell (like lotion or something)
i hope everyone is as thankful for this forum as i am, because without it I would have missed to opportunity learn a heck of a lot and to meet two great guys. Hope everyone has a great labor day weekend---
