I just got a call to PW some paint (overspray) that landed on the garage floor while the guy was painting his furniture. This happened about a week and half before I am scehduled to complete the job. Will I be able to get it off without any chemicals? Any advice on how to do garages? As of right now it's just going to be me with the washer and my cousin with a squeegey

I would say hot water if it was available to you. Maybe you could try blasting the hell out of it with a turbo nozzle.

if the concrete has been sealed you should be alright, might want to try a bit of remover. Or you could try hot tsp I have scrubbed out garages before put poly on the sheetrock up about 3'-4' I would go the 4' if you are going to be hitting in with the PW.

Well I pressure wash the garages on the new construction homes wich are almost always covered in paint overspray..Depending on the type of paint, interior, exterior, enamel or spray paint from a can most of it will come off with the pressure washer just keep the tip a bit fanned so you dont leave marks or holes in concrete and if it is spray paint from a can or enamel that wont come off I soak with simple green or krud kutter. Even cheaper way throw some laquer thinner or paint thinner whatever is cheaper. Good Luck

The job went great. We were a little nervous because the PW didn't get it off and we were just going on TBCom's advice about the Simple Green because we'd never tried it before. Once we had poured that on we could get the paint & oil off just by rubbing it off with our fingers. The guy will be calling us back to seal his garage within the next week or so. Thanks again for the advice TBCom
