What type of software are you looking for? Book keeping? Job Cost Estimating?

For my repair and remodeling work, I use a job cost estimator program from Craftsman Books. They have versions for a number of construction related trades, including painting. The labor rates and material costs in the database are based on national averages and can be customized for your local area, tax rates, overhead, profit margin, etc. You can even build your own custom cost book, if you wanted to build one for estimating pressure washing jobs. They have a 30 day trial version that can be downloaded at the link below or you can buy the book with the CD at a book store.
