parking structures

I was wondering if anyone out there had information regarding the cleaning of multi-level parking structures. I am still shopping around for a water reclaim system, but don't know if I should recycle and reuse the water or filter it and send it into a sanitary sewer. If I did go with a reclaim system, what kind of a trailer can I mount it on and how heavy are they. Any information as to how much to charge and the overall process would be helpful.
