If the paint isn't chipping, you regular house was mix should do the trick, are you using and x-jet?

thanks for the input,I haven't been pressure washing here in nc. long, and most homes I have done have been single level.Explain to me please, how to use the x-jet I have one with the rig I purchased and have'nt really put alot of time into how it works.I would be thankful for the help.I have seen post on this form about using low pressure to clean and stay on the ground, is the use of the x-jet what is being used to use the low pressure and stay of the ladder. thanks.

After you make your mix, stick the 1/4" hose into your 5 gallon pail, hook it up to your xjet and soap up the house from the bottom up. Let dwell about 15min, then rinse. If house is really moldy, a second application would be necessary. sometimes a little scrubbing on the trim with a truck wash brush and a extension pole would help too.
