Pink Salmon stucco

[Blown Away]

Need some help in choosing a decent chemical for a two story pink salmon stucco building. Do mostly vinyl and cedar siding but work is slow and need the money. Owner seems kind of anal and want to please him of course. Building has mold/mildew on couple locations along with surface dirt. Any help would be appreciatted.

I would use JOMAX with a mixture of Chlorine or bleach if you don't have chlorine and water. Don't use to much pressure when rinsing. Hold the wand further away from the stucco so you don't cause any damage while rinsing. On the back of the JOMAX can they tell you how to mix it. I would just make it a little stronger then what they recommend. Hope this helps. -JOHN-
