I have a three story assisted living home to clean, and it is huge! I have never washed a three story building before, but there's a first time for everything. I rented a 35 foot platform scissors lift for five days to reach the higher spots, so getting to every part of the building is not a problem. The building is light yellow vinyl siding. Do I just clean this building like a huge house? Do I need to adjust my cleaning technique for the larger building? Any information would be helpful!

Just like you eat an elephant, one bite at a time. Don't let the size get to you. Be sure to let the chemicals do the work so you only need to flush with water. I do three story stucco (Drivit) buildings for a medical facility with dirt, mildew and spider cacoons and now do them from the ground. They come out perfect and in half the time I used to take. I only reduced their cost about 20% so I make approx. $120.00 per hour. Good luck.
