I am creating a post card to send to residential and commercial properties that I would be interested in cleaning. Would you suggest a 20% off coupon or just information about my services. It seems the coupon idea would work better for residential, but I do not want to sell short or really discount commercial work that much. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Or if possible a copy of what some people may send out.
