Powerwashing concrete

Im aware of the superiority of using a hot water powerwasher on concrete but with a sufficient lack of funds due to my friend the "stock market" will a cold 3500 make a significant difference over a cold 2400? Im considering renting one for this particular job. Any advice would be great.

If you're forced to use cold water, good chems will be the most significant investment you can make.

Im in the process of purchasing a hot P/w, but for today the "ol cart" did the trick. Not to mention at 5:00pm we had an impromptu hail storm which needless to say forced us to dinner a tad earlier than expected. Thanks again for the insight.
