Aww, you are stealing my thunder.
Remember, Water is best for hydration. Coffee, Alcohol and Caffeine drinks are the worst.
Wear long sleeves. You will have to trust me, but it really is cooler.
Wear a hat, big floppy hats are best. I like Tilly hats, but you can also buy a cheap straw gardeners hat, if you like, and it will be just as effective
Take breaks, frequently.
Wear Sunscreen. Even if you are in a cooler climate, sun screen will help.

Dont work when it is above 120 degrees. Well, at least in Arizona. 100 deg at 100% humidity is comparable.

Long sleeves?

That is hard to comprehend.

When it is over 80, I am ready
for shorts & always short sleeves
if it is over 65 degrees!

We have discovered a new way to deal with the heat,
WayCool High Performance Evaporative Coolers.

We just recently became a dealer for the Way Cool
and Pro Kool lines of evaporative coolers.

1/3 HP model blows air up to 65', 1 HP model blows up to 100' away.
On a typically hot day, the air leaving a WayCool is 20 degrees F cooler.
High efficiency evaporative cooling pads on all four sides for maximum efficiency in the smallest possible space.
Two-speed centrifugal blower is quiet.
High impact UV resistant ABS plastic shell with aluminum interior frame.
Six position recessed switch for high or low air-speed, with or without evaporation.
Heavy duty castors for easy movement.
Low operating costs --less than 50 cents per day.
Low maintenance --simply rinse with water.
May be filled with water manually or simply hook up a garden hose for continuous, unattended operation.
360 degree air spout gives maximum versatility for spot cooling. Or a 120 degree oscillating air spout.
115 volt operation.
1/3 HP WayCool: 25" x 33" x 42"H; 14 gallon water capacity.
1 HP WayCool: 33" x 33" x 52" H; 24 gallon water capacity.

Long sleeves will protect your arms from the sun as well as prevent the evaporation of sweat from your skin. Sweat soaked sleeves are cooler than dry hot arms.

Just look at what our little buddies from south of the border choose to wear when it is hot outside. I have long sleeve cotton tee's that I wear. Some of us don't think that 80 is hot...
