GOOD LUCK. I JUST DID MY FIRST ONE AND IT WAS NOT EASY. IT REALLY DEPENDS ON THE SIZE. THE ONE I DID WAS PROBABLY ABOUT 4000 SQFT. I REALLY UNDER ESTIMATED THE TIME IT WOULD TAKE. I THOUGHT 2 HOURS 45 MINUTES TO 3 HOURS. I QUOTED $150. IT ACTUALLY TOOK ME ABOUT 4 1/2 TO 5 HOURS. IT WAS VERY TALL IN SOME AREAS, AND I NEEDED TO GET ON THE ROOF IN 3 PLACES. ALSO, BE AWARE THAT A LADDER WILL SLIP VERY EASILY WHEN UP AGAINST BRICK! ENSURE YOU GET ONE OF THOSE BRACES THAT ATTACH TO THE LADDER THAT ACTUALLY LEANS UP AGAINST THE HOUSE.

Ken,

You need to go around the building, and estimate TIME, CHEMICALS, and additional labor (unless you are a one man crew). Take you chemical estimate, then add what you want to make an hour. I know you want a clear cut answer, but there just is not one with the information you have provided.
