Pricing Homes decks and Trailers (Formulas) HELP HELP HELP HELP

I need to get a general idea of what to charge per sq ft. I have been getting into a lot of bigger homes. I don't want to charge to much but I also don't what to screw myself over. So any advice is appreciated.

Hi Will,
In my area, central NC, homes run about $.10 per square foot., each story, factor in degree of difficulty for the job or ease of application for the job.
Trailers usually go fairly easily so adjust for that, especially if your doing several in one location. [green] [wow] [boing][boing]
