what started out as me offering to help with pricing to a fellow pressure washer, turned into an assault on me from roger and dan morgan the mod from cleaner network, saying that i could not clean a full brick new construction house satisfactorily in the amount of time i said and for the money i charge.

attacking the superintendants integrity, and my workmanship quality

so i posted a $5000 bet to roger that i could do what i said i can do and would let steve hold the money and be the judge.i was continually attacked by dan, roger don phelps and others on my quality of work and integrity so i paypal'd steven rowlett $5000.00 and posted the recipt on the board.

for some reason i was blamed for everyone attacking me and it doesnt make any sense,i will be posting pics here that i promised them last night to conclude my story.

ps it was posted that what took place last night was an embarrassment to all,i for one am not embarrassed the only ones who are embarrassed are the ones who were hiding behind there monitor and let there mouths write checks there ass cant cash, thats why the thread got deleted.

That's a beauty of a house... You cleaned that from top to bottom in 3.5 hours?

Where are the before pics? What exactly are you doing within 3.5 hours?

To hit every inch of that house in 3.5 hours, in a detailed matter, might be hard to believe, but if you are just hitting portions I guess that could be done...

Really couldn't say on my end with no experence in this area and without seeing what was entailed at the begining...

Nice pics of that house though...

Tim,
It was deleted because of the language that was being used and the personal attacks, not just on your behalf. You,I and a handful of other were involved and some said far worse things than others, but none the less the whole thing became unprofessional.I make no apologises for the things I said.I feel I made no personal attacks on anyone or attacked their credibility or character.
I don't hide behind a monitor, nor question your skills or anyone elses as a contractor.Judging from the pics posted above, you do nice work.

I wish we were fortunate enough to get into new construction cleaning,as it provides most that do it with a steady income.

OrangeCrest,
Those are the type questions that started the downfall of the thread on The Cleaner Network.

Not trying to start anything, and I'm not saying you're a liar, but it takes a bit more than a couple after pics to prove anything...How do we know how bad it was, when you started, when you got done, whether you were by yourself, or whether you even did this job at all?

IMHO, the whole thing is just silly. If YOU know you can do it, and your CUSTOMERS know you can do it, who the hell cares what someone else from another state thinks about you? It is just plain stupid to get into name calling and threats over how fast someone can do a job.

Yeah, tim...you're all full of secrets that, if they were shared, would put us ALL on the path to immense wealth. How much are you asking?

Tim , I'd be interested. I have nearly all but given up on brickcleaning due to frustration at not being able to apply the acid at 10:1 and get good results. I have only found using the acid at 3:2 to give me the best reults but this starts damaging other fixtures at this strength. I have also started to add 1-2% HF to the HCL to stop adverse reactions. The house in your photos would have taken me close to 10 hours to complete for probably between $900-1200 AU.

I just got a call yesterday to clean some 'brick snap' work originally from scottsytems over there in Denver. To me it's a great concept all you have to do is melt off the wax with water over 71 degrees Celsius- too easy. Hopefully this puts a few of the messy bricklayers out of business.

The white haze in the photos is the wax on the brick face.
Regards Jason.

chirobob the trick to the acid is to be used be used full strenght on real dirty brick and 50/50 on brick that is average. when you use it at this strength you have to saturate the wall with water, along with fixtures, and windows, once you x jet this formula 2 to 1 onto the wall rinse it off immediately along with windows and fixtures before cleaning the brick.

you have a narrow window of opportunity to wash the brick after this method as the longer it takes you to wash the wall the increased chances of burning the brick, and mortar joints.
yes i made some mistakes when i first started using this formula. but now i know what to do and when to do it.
did i mention i hate porous brick (sponge brick),that is time consuming to wash because you cant get water to dwell on the face.

on regular face brick the faster you can get the solution on and off the wall the faster you can go,with this method there is not the need to blast every single brick which is what i believe most are having to do with the weaker solutions,we also do not use ladders when cleaning houses just a 30 foot and 12 foot extension wand.i can also pull up to a job and be working in 10 minutes with our rig set up,i can roll up as fast too sometimes. we have electric hose reels.

ps this procedure isnt intended for the guys who just got into the business last week,if you did you need to go to the cleaner network and buy your products from steve,as he will show you how to use them and they are safe enough you wont get into trouble with them.
