I have been thinking about attending their seminar on kitchen exhaust cleaning, just wondering if anyone has any insight about their seminars and if it would be worth attending. If anyone has any feed back about the PWNA it would be appreciated.
IMHO, it's a nice way to pay $350 a year to get many of the same opportunities we get here. I do like what they stand for, and I do believe that we, as an industry, should have a unified voice, but it seems their only membership qualification is a checkbook.
I can't speak for the classes as I haven't attended, but I'd guess they'd be pretty solid, as they are taught by very successful professionals.
