THANKS FOR ALL YOUR INFO.SIDEWALK AVE ABOUT 15FT WIDE / WITH A HOT WATER UNIT 3000 PSI & A ELITE CONCRETE 3FT WIDE MACHINE ( MAY USE 2 RIGS & 2 ELITES AND 3 MEN )ALL GUM WIL BE REMOVED.$$$$$$$$$???????????????

Befor any of us can offer any sort of help we need more info. What is it your going to clean 4 times a year?

Concrete
Buildings
a parking lot
etc. etc.

Then are you using hot/cold system or ?

Don't laugh. The Phoenix Zoo uses a pressure washer to wash the elephants with. They say that the elephants really like it because of the vibration from the pistons pulsing. It isn't a contracted out job though.

We have just finished a similar bid, but not quite as big only 98,000 sq ft. I bid by the hr. 6 hrs. 2 men, hot water, using wand, because of the extras I wanted to have done.
$650.00 per visit, twice per month and we got the job.
I think it was the extras that made the difference and the other competators could not / did not submit a proposal, just a price.
