Thanks Beth! I did some deck work in Montgomery Co. for a hail damage restoration company in 2002 and 2003. That is a gold mine down there!! lucky you. The owner would throw in our service if customers would go with his company. He paid me $1.80 sq ft. to wash and seal. I use to pray for hail storms.

Thanks I'll need help if I get it.. I'll call mon. and see where I stand . this guy is overwhelmed it seems It took a week just to get him to bid. My bid is very high but it reflects what I would jump up and do the work for. It gives me room for equipment purchase as well as hiring GOOD subs.
