Removing new paint from concrete

A potential customer painted his garage floor with Behr paint which has bubbled up in areas. He contacted Behr and they are going to absorb the fee to have it removed. What is the best way to do this? Is it just hot/15 degree or should I use a chemical?

Zing,

It sounds like it is fresh so yes hot water with your 15° should do it, might try a 25° first but don't even think about a 0°.

My opinion only.

Well I had a customer ask me to remove concrete stain from a city owned sidewalk in fron of his house, and I tried just using cold water with 25 tip, and turbo tip, didnt work. As I havent got hot water I went to Home Depot and bought paint stripper and laid it on real good, took a few coats of stripper and washing but it all came up, and definitely dont use the 0 tip, itll pit the floor. Turbo tip and striiper is my best guess.....Good Luck

The key is that he said fresh paint not stain.
Paint being designed to adhere to the surface and stain is designed to absorb/penetrate slightly therefore you needed a stripper to lift the stain. Hot water and high pressure should do the trick. If need be you could try a little Bix in some areas that are stubborn.

Good Luck..............
