duh yeah :D

I have one of those things in my tool box but I've carried it so long its rusted rusted and rusted somemore.I see nothing wrong repairing a quick fix on the job site, like Bush beer its its its not as "lite" as the real thing.Anything that makes my hose heavier is a no no,I'm weak and do not look like popeye.I get tickled everytime I see someones bussiness card with one of those puffed up powerwasher guys picture but hey m,aybe they drag around those things.

Call me cry baby again and I'll come stick ya head in the MUD :D.

I have had hoses that were pretty new that burst within feet of the end of the hose I was using...

Just 2-days ago one bursted when I was using hot water. A loud POP!! Made me jump....

I guess it is a chance we take in this line of work...

I normally carry extra hose with me, but to take a $80 hose and toss it in the trash kind of makes me sick...

hey "crybaby"

dont ya hate that heavy hose..........man the one on my "pattywagon" is so freakin heavy and it dont matter how many swivels I use that freakin thing always seems to tangle up then ya gotta drag and drag and drag>>>

I use nothing but 2wire maybe I should use those sissy 1wire hose's ..............................Like you use you cry baby!! :) ...LOL

yeah I dragged and dragged and dragged 2 wire for years until I found out the 1 wire will last long enough to pay for itself.Like I have said before the "lite"r the better.Carring extra weight at the end of the hose is a no no to me,some cann't get by without the extra tho.

I told ya I'd stick ya head in the mud,,bang boom  now how does dat mud feel in the eye shorty.

You didnt get it in my eye >>>>>>>>>>.

It's up my freakin nose:(

I think I may switch to 1wire .......... I have used them before and they are better to deal with..... as a matter of fact I think I may have a a couple hundred feet of it somewhere in my garage.

Man thats a scary thought.... my garage is messed up real bad. I hauled 2 pick-up loads of junk away to the dump.and everything is outa order .........I keep saying to my kids that it's a garage cleaning party ..........but they always seem to vanish !!!!!!

maybe I will keep the 2wire on so they can get a work out !!

Boys will be boys regardless of age.

Whether you buy R-1 or R-2 depends on a few things, to me using hot water R-2 is the way to go.

Also those cheap hoses a few places sell are not going to last half as long as a good name brand.

Never do self repair, always take to hydralic hose store, they have the proper equipment and knowledge.

Now boys get out of that mud hole, I have told you many times the PIGS play in there too.

Dan you must live on a farm or close enough to absorb the aroma of them.

You guys are something else, really.

So how often you folks get together and have beer parties?

I like fixing things, and doing my own repairs when possible, but not on job time. When I am on the job, I want to work and get things done. I can fiddle with my hoses later, when I have nothing else to do.
I will give these hose ends a try, so I can save a trip to the fix it man.

I have like six hose sitting in the garage, waiting to find some way of fixing them without paying an arm and a leg.

This might just be the ticket...

Alan... Did you do that job yet?

Robert,
If you are referring to that apartment garage, then no. Was supposed to start tomorrow, but the owner had some setbacks and pushed the date back to next week.
I met a guy from a local Hydraulic store and he said they do the ends for $5.00 a piece. That sure beats the pw guy that is 30 miles away. Check the phone book under hydraulic.

Doubt you would if I did say yes but if ever I am in your woods and you offered I would take you up on it.

Since when did age matter, is it not that we all share one thing, pressure washing? As for the spitting part, no thanks I am not into spitting.

No doubt you guys are COOL DUDES but so are many others here, I would consider myself one too. We won't go asking if others do as each has his own opinion.

As for the proper grammer hold on a sec here Dan, it was not I who made a remark about how some spell here so cool it dude.

we are just a couple real guys who really dont care what the internet folks think of us....If you like us great if you dont ..well then that is your lost !!

Never said I did or did not like someone so don't misunderstand me here. As for the great or your lost comment that works both ways, right?

nothin' like freash pig poo in the Am hours!! Oh gosh man, allow us to eat our food with fresh air first.

No I dont live near or on a farm............I offten thought about raising a few head of cattle though ..maybe a hog or two ...but for now I think I will just raise my kids and wife!!

I can understand about raising kids but the wife? how does one go about rasing a wife? Now if you said the wife can raise you I could understand that:)

Hose Mart on Redlands Blvd. just off Tippiecanoe in San Bernardino. Talk to Chris and let him know Jon sent you.

hey man I was raised on a farm, the first girl I kissed her mother caught us but all she said was MOOoooo and walked on by.

I think when useing hogs for powerwashers all the reusable hose ends should be throwed in the hog pen unless of course ya useing bady powerwashers.

Then again what works for one may not work for another...

Hey Alan...

That is one thing about construction, dates can jump back and forth sometimes because of the city telling them to do this or do that and other guys not getting their work done on time, messing up your schedule.

I don't care for these guys... I took in some hoses one day, they told me one price and then after it was all done, told me a higher price. Guess I should have got a written estimate...

There is a detail shop (Polished Image and Supply) next to the Hose Man in Colton that I found some good things from. Cost a little more, but then again, may be not... I don't give these guys a second chance, be honest the first time and I don't have a problem doing business with them after that....

The guy teaches high end detailing. I met a couple of his customers... We are talking CEO/Doctor level customers with the Benzs, BMWs, Ferraris... Price isn't a factor..

If you or Jon are interested, his name is John, 909-422-0263

Thanks for the tip on using the Hydrolic guys, I'll check them out.
